Once you sign up for our services, we’ll contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.

After scheduling your initial cleanup, you’ll be able to activate your customer portal, where you can manage your Wag & Waste services.
Payment Method
Once activated, we’ll send you an invoice and receipt via email. Please note that if payment isn't received before your first cleaning, you'll be removed from the service schedule.

Upon Arrival
WHAT TO EXPECT

Once your pooper scooper is on their way, you’ll receive a notification 60 minutes before their arrival. You do not need to be home during the clean up but we do ask for easy access to all cleaning areas and aggressive dogs be put up.

When we arrive we’ll start picking up all the poop. Our Wag & Waste scoopers are trained to meticulously find all the mess areas. We’ll scour the yard multiple times to ensure nothing is left behind and you can enjoy a clean yard.

Once done in the yard, we’ll snap a photo of a closed gate and send it to your phone ensuring no dogs accidentally get out. Then we’ll spray down all our equipment with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of disease or illnesses, keeping all dogs safe and healthy.

Depending on local regulations, we will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, or place the waste in our service truck to be disposed of. If you don’t have a trash can accessible, the waste will be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home ensuring compliance with local guidelines.
