Does Wag & Waste only scoop backyards?
No, we’ll scoop everywhere we have access to: the backyard, front yard, side yards, decks, steps, etc. If we can reach it, we will scoop it.
What do you do with the waste after it’s picked up?
If city regulations allow, we will take the waste and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. If city regulations don’t allow, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Will you be able to clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes! We would love to be able to spend time with as many furry friends as possible. All we ask is if your dog has shown signs of aggression in the past please keep your dog inside or put away during our visit.
Do you provide arrival windows for each visit?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Can I request a specific clean up day?
Yes you can! Not every clean up day will be available in your area but we do provide at least 2-3 options.
How much does it cost to hire a pooper scooper service?
Service prices differ from company to company, but at Wag & Waste we’re committed to bringing you the best prices possible starting at just $50/month. Pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and the total number of dogs.
